Filledi: What are some of the changes you've seen in clients over the years by using the tools? Maybe a little like they started here and they ended up here, I know you can't give any specifics on who. Filledi: One of the first patients I saw was a writer who wasn't actually writing. He had learned the reversal of desire from Phil - it's the tool that gets you to do things that you avoid. The other tool is about confidence which allows you to get it into a flow state in front of people normally intimidate you.
