Pre-Hospital Telestroke - Should It Change Destination?

In New Zealand a national pre-hospital stroke committee endorsed a pathway change where tele ambulance can be used to assist with bypass decisions. There's so many permutations of this that looking at a system like this and seeing how well it really worked is really going to be helpful as people look to implement best practices in their area. Every region is so different and the more research we can get in this area the more sort of avenues different centers will have to explore as to what strategies will work best in their particular region or geography.
