The only thing the studios have on us is c gi i think, with technologe yorself, now, you can make him a gritty movie or something. As long as you don't need c gi or special effects, you can do a car chase relatively cheaply. You could drive like, slow enough down a back alley, but move the camera the opposite direction to give it the illusion of speed. I'm just saying, hollywood is still well alive.
