But even going a step further where you have a sympathetic plaintiff, all of the other considerations go out the window and that's what we're talking about with this lawsuit. Skelton: We've broken the bounds of actual tort law. If there has been some terrible type of injury, teenage suicide, let's say, rather than letting the law lie where it falls, shouldn't society chip in?
