You sort of have to behave your way into making that apology real. And then the apology is very heartfelt. You're probably being a bit vulnerable. But you know, vulnerability is a powerful thing. It's not a weak thing. It'm a strong is a strength. If I show a little vulnerability, my experience is that that helps other people relax and be more vulnerable. They can go out. That really opens up conversations where we can all be a little more real, a little more taller.
