If patients are allergic to penicillin then discuss with the surgeons you may use vancomycin or klendomysin instead in general I highly recommend trying to touch base with the surgeons before the timeout that may be in pre-op it may be the night before. glycopyrolate and neostigmine usually comes in a five milligram pre-prepared syringe or you may have to draw it up from a vial. The concentration is as far as I know always 0.2 milligrams per ml and you're gonna want to pull up this is debatable we'll talk about this more in a minute but probably somewhere in between 5 cc's
