The moon and the yew tree by plath was originally published in the august third, 19 63 issue of the magazine. The musicality is so subdued, but it's there, and you sort of have to reach for it. And it's because she akes the tone of the poem so clinical. If you look at it, she's almost like a clinitian, writing down the notes of her despair,. You know. That was very powerful reading.
