And I noticed that our statement of you must be accountable for your time actually is two of these areas or maybe even three. So this was a checklist in these areas to see if there was something that was important that you were avoiding or not getting to,. This was around a task. The other one is around emotion. It's really just down to this sort of visceral response to or this gut feeling of Do I feel like doing this right now? What am I drawn to and just as important? What'm I avoiding?
