The Future of High-Frequency Trading
There's a widespread impression by retail investors, mainstream investors and institutional investors alike that high-frequency traders enjoy certain advantages. I've been one of the more outspoken people in the high-frequency trading space over the years. And I've really done my best to increase the awareness of the public and the press and the policymakers involved in regulating the space. The public has a somewhat negative opinion of the space; it's not negative in the sense that it doesn't work or anything like that.
