CNN's John Sutter asks: Is the Republican Party for white Christian male elite democracy? He says Marco Rubio and Tim Scott can be part of a party that believes in it, but not black men. The question is rooted very much in the perspective of white men, Sutter writes. "There are someone in a marginalized group who still have status as those men," he adds.
