Gasparry's Code of Ethics
Gasparry deserves to go to history as perhaps the most important jurist. He was being charged with actually coming up with a universal law for the church. And so that's promulgated in 1917 and then by the 1950s, it's completely out of date and unworkable. "I would say, Gratian to our gay men, Gasparry," he says.
