The database was designed to work in a transaction. You cannot disable them because it makes no sense. It's just the scope that you are configuring. Either you, either you are increasing the scope to execute more con, more statements in a transactions. Otherwise the scope is reduced to the statement itself and this can take time. The database has to provide some guarantees. So that way, transaction are not, you cannot disable them for any reason.
