She says that everybody's roles in everybody's task do not have the same level of responsibility a they're just not the same. So first and foremost, before we get any even like the culture of the internal part of the company, setting expectations so that the customer, because that's who pays our bills, is ultimately satisfied,. Not at the deterrent of your team. The business has to work for anybody to work there.
