Is There a Criminal Perjury Charge?

The defence argues that the new trial should be granted without any kind of evidentialy hearing. But does it seem likely that the judge will hold a hearing? It seems unlikely to me that the court will decide this motion without some further inquiry. I think that the court is likely to hear from one or both jurors who have come forward so far, and to probe their reasons for not disclosing this information.
