Many startups are expecting to keep their money at Silicon Valley Bank. Some of the founders were putting money into their personal accounts as they were able to transfer it out. A group of venture capitalists, a client or Perkins and others put out a statement that said no matter what happens, that they'll back silicon valley bank.
