Philly, 17th in Offense

The Sixers are just 17th in offense so far this season. Even with Embiid on the floor, they're kind of an average, slightly above average offense. Tobias Harris is delivering exactly the kind of season you'd want from him as a role player. I think they're probably a little weaker than they have been defensively but better than they've been offensively.
