In the past, what people really wanted was some sort of certainty. What leaders can provide is you can be very clear with your team on what we're trying to achieve. I think that clarity around those outcomes allows you to be more flexible and how you get them done. The other thing that helps with clarity is conversation. So especially in a virtual world, conversation is really important. And iwoul say, are you really fine even? And then you might say, wel, actually, my kid was up last night or my fridge just broken. That kind of opens up the conversation.
