What Is a Flavor Wheel?
The flavor wheel is made from our cultural perspective so many of the aromas on it are something that we use. There are already many other flavor wheels out there and a frustration for me when I've used those have been how taste has been divided into lower categories. When I'm teaching I really like to make it clear to only talk about the basic taste as a basic taste and be able to serve the references from those two to my students.
