How to Measure Cross-Channel Attribution
Cross-channel attribution is hard for anybody when you're a brand like ours that does so much editorial as well as earned content by influencers and press it's really really hard. In terms of how we measure it so tv for example we're using the likes of tv squared so we're measuring it on a performance basis understanding that it's a conservative view we pair it with surveys. We're layering data together all the time to try and understand what's driving incrementality running incrementality tests seeing where we can see things make a difference.
