The hashtag breathe your biome has been one of the big things that I launched 10 years ago. The concept is if you are out in nature in different ecosystems, every minute you're out there, you're introducing new life to your body. And so for all the fearful statistics and all that nature is just wrapping us up in her arms saying, come on back. We're going to war against that nature.
