Is There a Balance Between Taxes and Incentives?
There needs to be somewhat of a balance between penalties for io, greenhouse gas emitting processes. And at the same time, incentives for companies who implement technologies or innovation to mitigate this greenhouse gas emission. A lot of customers are waiting because they don't know what legislation will be yet and there 's a lack of orientation. So i think someone really has has to think about some sort of carrit and sticonary in order to really move away from these high emission levels for the industry"
