The New York Times' Response to Academic Critics
The New York Times has been criticized for a new series on the American Revolution. The 1619 project was put together by Nicole Hannah-Jones, who does not take criticism well. Phil Lerman: Given all of this, Jones and her followers should be standing arm in arm with free market economists. But they seem to be picking a fight that doesn't exist except in their own minds.
