The Putin 80% Approval Rating

There is not and has never been a civil war. It's an invasion from a neighboring country. Crimea was then and is now a part of sovereign Ukraine. The same applies to the Donbas region. There may possibly be a majority of the population in favor of belonging to Russia. But there's no way to know whether that is true or not, since the regions are invaded and occupied by Russia.
