The perception in action is so key when it comes to actuall rehab. As soon as an athlete gets into their sport, they get in the same situation where they tore their a c l or strained their hamstring. That memory is stored within the body. So you have to change that. Then also, how do we create a scenario that's identical to the scenario that caused the injury? You need to be very educated ind a way when to be able to put this athlete in a situation like that and resolve that fear.
