E, i think so. We'd much rather spend our time trying to bring different parts of a conversation together and get an outcome. But again, that's a conundrum, isn't it? Because a sort of the scarcity of resources in the labor market, hopefully as a driver to increase wages,. but yet, businesses can't actually function cause they haven't got enough staff to perform bisi tasks. So are we looking when, where does that land? More migrants, less migrants? Where does it land? I think we can do better as we chase this wagers growth that's been missing for a long time. And if we do well there, and then we should be out
