E, i think so. We'd much rather spend our time trying to bring different parts of a conversation together and get an outcome. But again, that's a conundrum, isn't it? Because a sort of the scarcity of resources in the labor market, hopefully as a driver to increase wages,. but yet, businesses can't actually function cause they haven't got enough staff to perform bisi tasks.
