What's Your Point of View on Central Europe?

Do you have a sense that europeans have really crossed the crossed the river, so to speak? I think as we get closer to a point of reconstruction, i think these tensions are going to be very real. There was a drive for decentralization, but as the war set in, there's a desire for centralization. If the war grinds on and it continues to get really nasty...i think there's probably gon to be another major refugee crisis into europe in the fall. Andthat will be another reality check for europe.
