Post-Natal Depression - What's Your Advice?

Mental illness and mental health in this country has always been secondary to physical health. And the two are absolutely entwined. What I would say to people is we have this thing called, you know, it's good to talk, Britain get talking. It is so important to talk, but it’s all very well to hold up signs saying it was good to talk.
