Mark Richardson: Romani Mastery is a podcast series that's really designed to help you think about and reflect on your business, not just do your business. Today I want to talk about a topic that's a little bit different in that it's a question. What are you seeing out there? And the way for me to adjust this or think about this is really break it into three fundamental kind of areas that I'll share some insights on. The second is from a consumer level.
