The Power of Mindfulness

We tend to default to objectifying people particularly in a kind of rushed busy world. To actually realize like shit like that's them too the person i'm looking at across the way in the street you know that's their hand was so touching. It reminds me of one of my old friends is a from a small tribe in northern Canada called the carrier tribe and it's extraordinary woman her life has just been like most indigenous people.
