The root of the word namaste in sanscrit is the word namo, which means to bow to or honor. In india, when you meet some one, the greeting is namaste,. And i'd like as to simply chant it nine times to night. As you do, you can feel what you want to bow to your own good nature and others' suffering. No monoo, no mo ad harmony, no mo nom. No r week and the turning of the season's darkness into light will all be filled with blessings.
