Pragosian's Rebellion and Exile

This chapter discusses the actions of Pragosian, who led an armed rebellion and declared that they would march all the way to Moscow. Despite being a part of the system, Pragosian's actions surprised everyone, including Putin. He was subsequently exiled to Belarus but continued to maintain his presence in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
