If we're able to increase our maximum force, as we talk about ready, that means that we can produce the same amount of force with greater ease. For say, if running at six miles per hour, now we can run at six milesper hour produce that same Amount of Force. So what you're saying is that even though i'm using far more weight when squatting than my muscles are subjected to when i'm running, that there is that that basically i'm training my muscles when i'm doing those heavier squats. That's exactly correct.
