The Iterative Decision Making Process

Jocko: War is this thing that takes its own course once engaged in it. We come up with a plan, we go to execute the plan, we get feedback that maybe wasn't what we expected,. And despite the sunk cost that we've put into this so far, we're walking away and we were wrong. That's one of the biggest criticisms of the way our government functions.
