How to Lead for Growth in Your Church

Every church community is in a constant state of change. It's okay to want stability, right? Stability is good often, particularly in a marriage. But in a church, well, stability can actually sometimes be a barrier to the gospel. After all, if nobody ever joins the church, then it's only going to be one generation until that church dies out. And so as church leaders, we need to embrace the fact that some degree of change in our communities is not only necessary, it's actually also good. We also need to help train and equip and bring our people along with us.
