How to Motivate Your Team During the Transition With the Company

I would love to ask more about kind of the communication around last year with your team when you were going through this transition with the company and also how you've motivated the people that are still with the business. I think obviously, and we've always had a, it's a strong mission that we set out to do, right? So I think that that obviously helps. But then I don't think it's in the region to sort of shy away from that,. You know, doing those things is tough and it will be tough on yourself and we tough on, for the whole team obviously.
