The Judge's Misconception of Missability Under the Rules
Judge Burrough's mistakenly conflated in missability under the rules with her own decision as the fact finder that this evidence would have no wait with her. When you start to make decisions based on race stereotyping, this is where we end up. This is where you end up. It's really, really ugly to see.
