The idea is that when we feel too overwhelmed by our emotions, it's very hard for us to move towards our goals and build a life worth living. D b t comprises four moduls, a set of kills. In each modril, the modrils are mindfulness, inter effectiveness, distress and emotion regulation. And in each one of those madules, folks learn specific skills that i use as part of my goal game.
