Is the White Sox Changing Their Training Staff?

On the twins preview pod we asked whether the white Sox were making any changes to their training staff or methods. Just having a healthy Robert and Jimenez and Monkata and Grandal Anderson that makes or breaks their season basically. They've they've been talking about adding a sports performance department or sports science department for a couple of years but it kind of has to be proven I don't know if no one getting hurt in the offseason is some evidence of it though.
