How to Overcome Anxiety and Perfectionism

A lot of time it's very easy to go down that rabbit hole and not even realize you're doing it. A regular meditation practice or mindfulness practice does help one catch those kind of thoughts a little more quickly than they might otherwise. Sometimes I try to put on a guided meditation for perfectionism, which doesn't always work though because then you're like focusing too much on the problem. So I do find it helps more so to just change things up somehow,. Whether that just means deep breathing, taking a walk, stretching and that's been the most beneficial thing for me.
