Natural Law Doesn't Commit the Appeal to Nature Fallacy
Natural law theorists who don't commit the appeal to nature fallacies. I have not yet found a natural law theorist that doesn't allow that back in. Even aristotle doesn't get out of it. At some point an assumption sneaks in, that that the natural form of a thing is normative,. That just, it always happens.
