What Is Critical Thinking?

The target for this show is really junior UX designers or career shifters, people coming from other roles. And critical thinking, I like to think a lot of people understand that, but I don't like to make assumptions. Can you define it and actually lay it out there so we're all on the same page as far as like what does Debbie consider to be critical thinking?
