Is There a Ground to Say, Oh, You Need to Tell Us What Bitcoin You Own?

Is there a grounds to say, oh, well, it can be protected under the Second Amendment in the Constitution or even the Fourth Amendment? And I know that's a controversial statement. But would that be another way that lawyers could fight this or potentially the Fourth Amendment that improper search and seizure like the government's like, "You need to tell us what Bitcoin you own"? You're like,Well, you don't have a warrant. And I'm not showing you my private keys, nor am I telling you the public fees that I have"
