Ike at but dod: My very worst day, i still had two work outs to do. I was like, you know, crying, sniffling a, houting so hard. And looking back now, those forty five minutes that i hated so bad then, i don't even think about them now. That's it. You should absolutely be working out. It's not going to ruin your life,. Your it's not Going to kill you. We are told we are hammer with the ideal mentality everywhere we look. But if you're going to accomplish anything, or develop any power in yourself, you are going to have to attack this shit that is inconvenient.
