What Do You Eat Prior to Training?

If it's a shortish session that doesn't require, i like, an easy or an endurance ride or an endurance run, often i'll do it fasted. Il just wake up, have a coffee and hit out the door. What about training dayser, prior to a key session. Again, like he said, key session dost have to be really hard session. But what reyou haveing in the morning and before before training in the wol would he go to straight after? Generally i have like a bowl of porridge or thing with some yogat granola and berries, or something like that. Or maybe even just some abicado on toast, or something
