It's like you're putting a bug in the ear and it starts acting in the background. You're actively pushing to get that thing to conscious awareness rather than a passive psychoanalysis on the couch for five years, five days a week waiting for something to emerge. But at any rate I have found it to be very effective and very kind of exciting and heartwarming too. Well, we've been doing a lot of podcast in this series on anxiety on scared stiff so I think we may want to give our listeners a little bit of a break when we finish this series. We'll go back to the head in emotion later on.
