It simply takes time for people to catch up like we we in Britain have a much better understanding of what goes on in America because we can read English. China is a much more mysterious place because hardly anybody speaks Mandarin or any of the other many Chinese languages. We can't read their newspapers we can't interact on their social media we can't understand their politicians without subtitles or some other form of translation. So it simply takes time, especially with a country like China which is developing so quickly. It's just a natural reaction to both moving into conflict.
