And I realized it wasn't quite right. So yeah, I essentially just figured out what the right dose was. He takes 40 migs of Liz Decks and he take it once a day. The vast 78% of people with ADHD have sleep disorder. On average, we're two hours delayed in when we naturally go to sleep. And I'm about an hour early compared to the normal population.
