i think it's often vague when people make the charge of systemic racism. You can, in effect, blame quot the victim, or you can blame the system. The burden is on those who create policies, who run the system, to fix these disparitiesmy point of view on it is, i think it's avery. It's a very natural idea to have. But i more and more that i've studied thomas sowl's whole career and nathan glaze, an other people who've spent a long time actually studying cultural patterns between different groups.
