Alyssa, what did you find Alyssa in terms of how people are matching red cells or choosing red cells for transfusion to these patients with warm auto antibodies. We found that people were providing phenomatched red cells or genotype matched if they had that testing capability and as I mentioned earlier about 75% of our respondents provided at a minimum RH and KEL matched red cells in patients who had warmAuto antibodies. It varied in some institutions if the patient had made an aloe antibody they extended the phenotyping but not at every institution so we recommend if you have that ability to extend the phen prototyping certainly to do the phenotyped on your patient and then
