Smoking a Rib Roast

The grill grate system elevates the grilling experience. It takes those juices and it sizzles them, and the flavor and juiciness kicks right back into those steaks. Next time, i will smoke a rib roast, a prime rib roast. Easy to do. I prefer the bones cause there's nothing like eating those prime rib bones when you're done.
